Maryville Sir Henry and Lillian capture the win in the $1,000 Jr/AO Hunter Classic at the Temecula Valley National 3 WCHR Show at Galway Downs. With a combined two-round score of 167, this duo dazzled! Thank you to Two Hearts Equine Boutique and Jett Martin Equine Spa for sponsoring the class. Way to go Henry and Lily! Baldeur - Champion 3'3" Small Junior Hunters
Baldeur and Lillian earn Champion of the 3'3" Small Junior Hunter Division with two OF wins including the High Score Junior Round with an 86! They were consistent and in the top 2 every round. This team also earned 4th overall in the Classic.
Maryville Sir Henry - Champion 3'3" Large Junior Hunters
Henry and Lily earn Champion in the 3'3" Large Junior/AO Division with three OF wins and 2nd US. This team was solid with their rounds and earned 3'3" Grand Champion with their overall score.

The Blenheim San Juan International Show was amazing for the boys of MZ Farms! Baldeur and Lily had a clean sweep of the 3'3" Small Junior Hunter Division to earn Champion, they earned 2nd in the Junior Hunter Classic, and they won the USEF Dover Medal. Henry and Lily earned Champion in the 3'3" Large Junior Hunter Division with a win OF, a win in the US, and with top placings in all the other OF rounds. Henry also won the 3'3" Junior Hunter Classic sponsored by The Plaid Horse. Skylar Wireman and Henry earned 5th in the International Hunter Derby. Maryville Sir Henry - Qualifed 2023 Jr. Hunter Finals
Maryville Sir Henry earned Reserve Champion in the 3’3” Large Junior Hunters with two wins OF and other top placings with Lily Muzzy. He won a round of the 3’6” Green Hunters and got 5th in the National Hunter Derby with Skylar Wireman. He also practiced being an equitation horse and played in the Egg and Spoon Challenge with Lily. He enjoys his new job and spending time with the girls. Thank you to Shayne and Skylar Wireman for excellent training! Call My Name 4 aka “Commi” and Skylar Wireman @skylar_miki had a wonderful Sacramento Spring Classic together, winning a 1.20m Jumper round and 2nd in his first 1.30m. He even jumped in the $15,000 Spring Grand Prix earning 11th with one unfortunate rail. He is as sweet as they come! We love playing with him inside and outside the ring! #hanoverian
Baldeur & Lily Win in the Equitation Ring
Baldeur and Lily enjoyed a fabulous weekend of equitation and hunters! They won the ASPCA Maclay Medal and the USHJA 3'3" Hunt Seat Medal. They earned 2nd in the THIS Children’s Medal. In the 3'3" Small Junior Hunters they earned 2nd Place in 3 of the OF rounds and in the US.

MZ Farms Baldeur and Castelino 5 Participate in the $25,000 CWD Nations Cup Hunter Team Challenge
It was all about team work on Friday of Desert International Horse Park's Week 6 in the $25,000 Hunter Team Challenge sponsored by CWD Saddlier. Chestnut Hills Teammates Skylar Wireman and Lillian Muzzy joined Elvenstar's Paige Walkenbach to earn 1st place in this unique competition which featured a classic round and handy round. The course was beautiful and provided many options for riders.

Castle and Lily earned Reserve Champion in the 3’3” Large Junior Hunters (16-17) at DIHP 5 WCHR with a spectacular winning handy round, 2nd in the U/S and top placings in their other rounds! Castelino 5 was imported from Germany in January 2023. We are thrilled to watch his progression as a hunter / equitation horse. More to come from this fine horse!

Baldeur and Lillian Win the $10,000 Granite Bay Farm USHJA Jr/Am National Hunter Derby
This team was on fire, earning scores of 87.5 in round 1 and 91 in the handy round, they topped the field of Juniors and Amateurs at the Desert International Horse Park Week 4 $10,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby. Castelino 5 and Skylar earned 2nd place overall in the Open Hunter Derby at DIHP 4 with scores of 87.75 in round 1 and 94 in the handy round. This team is one to watch!

Castle and Lillian were Champion in the 15-17 Age Eq with a 1st place in the Eq Flat and top placings OF,
1st Place in the CPHA 3’3” Foundation Medal, and 1st Place in the 3’3” Junior Hunter U/S.

Castelino 5 and Skylar earned Reserve Champion in the 3'6" Green Hunters with a 1st in the U/S and 2nd in the Handy. They earned 3rd in the $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby. We are so thrilled with how this beautiful boy has settled into barn and show life at Chestnut Hills. Thank you again Justin Resnik and Shayne Wireman for finding him!

Baldeur continues to be the BEST boy! He and Lily earned 1st in the ASPCA Maclay, 1st in the THIS medal, 2nd in the USEF/NCEA 3’3” Medal, Reserve Champion in the 3’3” Junior Hunters, 3rd in the NHS Jr. Medal, and 4th in the $5,000 USHJA Open National Hunter Derby. We love this wonderful horse who loves to play Hunter and Eq horse equally.

It was a happy start to the New Year for MZ Baldeur! Baldeur and Lily earned Champion in the in the 3’3 Junior Hunters and also won the 3’3” $5,000 Junior Hunter Classic. In the USHJA Jr/Am Derby this moved their way up to 6th place by earning a score of 90 in their handy round! Then over in the equitation ring Baldeur and Lily earned 2nd in the NHS Medal and 2nd in the CPHA Foundation Medal! We have so much LOVE and appreciation for this incredible horse! Piloted by junior rider, Lillian Muzzy, he earned tricolors in the Equitation and Hunter Rings:
- Champion in the USHJA Hunt Seat Medal in a field of 26 riders.
- Reserve Champion in the 15-17 Age Equitation in a field of 32 talented riders taking 2ndplace in each of the OF rounds with one round earning a score of 90!
- Reserve Champion in the 3’3” Small Junior Hunters with a win in the Welcome Class and 2nd Place in the Handy.
